These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of verdarafarm.com and any purchase you make from Verdara (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under it. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
Products and Pricing
We work to describe our vertical hydroponic systems, lighting, seed pods, and nutrients as accurately as we can, including specifications, plant capacity, and growing guidance. Photographs are illustrative; colours and finishes may vary slightly on your screen. Growth rates, yields, and time to harvest depend on your seeds, water, temperature, light conditions, and care, so any figures we publish are general estimates rather than guarantees of results.
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, revise product specifications, or discontinue items at any time. Despite our best efforts, listings may occasionally contain errors in price or description. Where an error is obvious and we have not yet shipped, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email, and a contract forms at that point. We may refuse or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Safety and Correct Use
Our systems use electrical components and water. Follow the supplied instructions, keep connections dry, and use only compatible parts and nutrient solutions. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow the manual.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photography, logos, graphics, and layout — is owned by Verdara or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost crops, lost profits, or property damage.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them at any time, and the version in force when you order applies.
